Got back from sagittarius a and I'm 82% pioneer, is there a quick way to get elite rank?

why would you want it quick? whats up with the instant gratification generation?!

Its the highest rank for a reason... if you could do it quick what would be the whole point of it?!

do VIP passenger missions its fast explorer ranks. go to Robigo mines and take people to sothis one or 2 days and you will be elite you will need a Python its a medium pad only outpost.

money might not be the same this has been nerfed to crap but the ranks should be there still. i was getting 5% a run for that last rank when i was here a year ago.

Road to riches, mark 4000ly round trip, honk every system, and map every planet mentioned in R2R. Elite in 2 days.

To reach Elite, you need a total of 320m worth of exploration data or passenger missions, about 200m in the last rank alone. If you purely scan planets with about 500k average value, that'd be 640 planets, your sanity will be depleted before long. The best and quickest way is Robigo-Sothis passenger missions.

Note that it's not any passenger missions, ONLY sightseeing missions (i.e. scanning beacons) count toward explorer rank. The rest goes to trader rank.
