Elite rank but no founders world permit

So, I got an elite rank and the mail that I got the permission to enter the founders world but after 15 min I still have no permit nor can I jump into the system :/
How long does it take until the game updates it? do I have to restart the game?

Did you try and relog the game? When i got my first Elite, i had to close the launcher and game to get it to update

Yes, the game is known to have such delayed responses to your achievements. For example, you have reached a cordial state with a local faction, but the mission board still shows you as being neutral, until the next time.

If you think that you have completed some achievement but the game still doesn't reflect it - relogin to the game, it should help.
