Trade hubs?

Is there well known trade hubs or popular systems to buy stuff? Most station i land doesnt have ships or modules that im looking for or no shipyard at all

if you use an app like tradepad pro you can search for ships, modules, commodites, etc... and it will tell you what stations near you sell what you are looking for

If you want the best choice of modules/ships - go to High Tech star systems.

Also outposts sometime don't have shipyards. Look for big stations instead.

Inara & EDDB are also a great help to find anything at all. Just enter current location and it will show you the nearest place to go. Fly safe Cmdr. o7

As was stated before, High Tech systems are good places to check. And check in large ports rather than in docks.

As for hubs, Diaguandri and LHS 20 are good places where you can find almost anything, and everything is discounted.

To all of what has been said, i'd add that a good place to start would be Ray Gateway, in the Diaguandri system. I believe it has the widest selection of ships and modules, at least when it comes to systems that are not permit-locked. Also, 15% discount.
