It has the maneuvering, but still lacks the speed to stay behind them when they joust.
That said, that's the 2nd most entertaining dogfight chases of the game, only toped by the Imperial Eagle, (unless you consider face tanking dogfighting, in which case, the rest of the game is fun too).
But the iEagle can face anything outside of pvp. It's got the speed to carry a nimble heavy hull and the minimum necessary firepower to take out a Corvette (you'll only ever fight a Cutter in Conflict Zones and you'll have allied ships).
Then there is the Imperial Courier, tho I refuse to fly in space and enter dogfights on a ship that looks like a white colored bicycle seat.
