Cant connect to servers

Says the servers are online but I'm completely unable to connect since the update.

vailidate game files on steam and elite client then restart PC this works for me.

One of the hottips tells me to reinstall the ED Launcher on Steam. But how ??
I have just the MainProgram, the Extension and one DLC. Not to forget the Gamekeys in the list.
But there is no seperat launcher to reinstall.

And to the threadstarter..... yepp, since this update to me, too.

Try validating your game files:
Right click game in steam - Properties... - local files - verify integrity of game files...


ALSO; try checking the NETWORK options in the game OPTIONS.

I tried to validate game files from launcher and from steam already, it doesnt help. However I found something suspicious in network options, local and internet address exactly the same and it is 10.138.32.100. 10.138.xxx is local network IP. My ISP only provides access to local network by default, if I want internet access then I need to use VPN connection to ISP site. I heard something about ED doesnt work with vpn after patch, probably this is the problem?

Go check the ingame network settings like i said.
-if you know how to set up your network, the options there should make sense to you.

Only "port forwarding" and "mapped port number" is customizable, however Im not using router, so I dont need to setting up my network. Seems like I'll need to wait untill they will fix vpn issue.

Do you by any chance have the IPv6 connectivity through your ISP? Enabling it might get you connecting to the game, the game can route through IPv6.

I deleted the game and downloaded again, I have no routers and the Internet is connected directly, directly to the system unit. I checked a ping to servers and everything is OK, I also checked access to servers and too everything is OK. I do not need this slag if I cannot start it, let developers play it.

There is a networking configuration in this game. Try to set it to work through the IPv6 there.
