Sidewinder fuel scoop
Where can i get a fuel scoop for the sidewinder

You can get a fuel scoop at many stations, the one you are at most likely just doesnt have it in stock. Normally to find things I want I go to the galaxy map and under the filters tab sort it by industry type. Untick all boxes other than "High Tech". You can now look at the galaxy map and the High tech systems are marked as blue dots. Go to one of those and go to any station within the system and chances are they will have what you are looking for.

Try Beagle Landing in Asellus Primus. It's pretty close to you and usually has a good selection.

I'm pretty sure you can buy one in Eravate... Cleve Hub maybe... I haven't looked at eddb.io though. You can do that youself.
