Are there any methods to speed up supercruise speed?
Not counting the distance from stellar bodies and stars.

That Maneuver would work if the ship was being propulsed through normal space but seeing as Frame Shift drives propulse you into a pocket of witchspace allowing the ship to move at speeds up to 2001x the speed of light such a maneuver can’t work. Mass slows the drive. Though you can use planets to slow you down if you pass close enough to the planet and swing around to keep you from overshooting your destination.

yeah that sort of reverse slingshot has been a go to move of mine for years. I usually come in hot in whatever ship I'm in and just try to clip the outer edge of the planet (where you see the altitude indicator come to life) and then aim for the station. I'm not entirely convinced it really saves me any time over the optimal approach tricks others have mentioned, but it's a lot more fun.

It can save some time and even salvage overspeed approaches; of course there's always the chance that you misjudge and end up with hull and module damage deep inside the gravity well of a gas giant, and it can take some minutes to get out of there.

You need to map the key for ludicrous speed.

Gravity well braking. I usually go into a spiral when I'm coming in too fast, but I use Gravity well braking If I'm coming in too fast for even the full pitch corkscrew to slow me down enough.

yeah exactly... you can't know exactly where the gravity well boundry is / how strong it's going to be each time, so results are rarely reproducable. This method is fun, but it's not super reliable. I do it every time more or less, but I've gotten stuck in the well more than once and other times it hasn't slowed me enough, so I have to come back around, which can be a pain in a big ship. I tend to stick to medium or small ships these days though, so that's usually not a problem. Far more fun in my opinion.

It is gravity wells slowing you down. Run SC until you are 300k or so away from anything. Now drop to local. Jump back to SC and set your ship to full throttle. You will be over 1100 c in mere seconds.

Note that if you actually accelerated from 0 to 1100c in mere seconds you would be vapor.

There wouldn't be even the vapour. :)

Good that it's not you, who accelerate.
