To find a station that sells said modules use elite dangerous database to assit. https://eddb.io/
I would recomend depending on how many credits you have to use ships like the cobra mk III and or type 6. The type 6 is recomended for bulk / long range passenger missions. Most passengers at starting non coridal [ the higher rank you have for that passenger mission giver the more likely you will find higher paying missions over time grinding].
I would also recomend a fuel scoop if you intened to do the long range sightseeing tour mission type. It is slower to complelte as you have to travel to various systems sometimes as much as 4 for the really high paying first class passengers.
When you have enough credits you could try the type 7 and or dophlin. The dolphin can mount a rare and expense passenger type cabin called luxury [ i think its luxury or highest class cabin but it has very low passenger space]. the type 7 can carry even more economy passengers then the type 6. However the type 7 can not land on smaller stations.
Here is also a guide i found on google that is very useful. I hope this helps and im sure others will chime in too :).

However, plenty of folks like the Saud Kruger ships, because of looks, performance, or other reasons. Think of 'em as alternatives (they can haul cargo as well as passengers, and the larger ones can do some combat from what I've heard).
Personally, I really enjoy the Dolphin, good handling for a small non-combat ship, does small cargo jobs well (similar to a Cobra Mk. III), exploration pretty well, only thing it's terrible at is combat (only two small hardpoints). Quick enough to run though. And it makes a 'squee!' dolphin-like sound when you boost, so that's fun.
thx for info help !!
tx for help !!
I am currently running an Asp Explorer for a passenger ship. I took a run ot the Cat's Eye - 6898 LY. The ship loads out nicely with enough room for all the scanners I want, a slot for a Type 6 passenger cabin, and a 5A FSD. I like it. With the scanners, fuel scoop, and etra fuel tank, it only allows me one passenger cabin.
So, again, it's all in what you're trying to achieve. How many passengers do you want to carry at once? I've carried passengers in a Hauler. It's an inexpensive ship and a quick way to earn credits since passenger missions pay much better than other missions.
Edited:
Also, many online posts claim you need to hang out in systems with tourist as an economy to do well. I have had great luck in outlying systems. I picked up a run in Appel Outpost in Gang Yun for $13.1M CR. The run was only 660 LY one way.
yw op.
I agree graz the cruise liners are more speclized for certain passenger missions such as vip and luxury only. What is intersting when i read the link i found is that its more for the rare cases you get thouse luxury missions, yet I have not found many of thouse yet. I have to build up my rep in the system im running.
Calean I also wondered too what the op means by that as well. I think its likely just genral information which seems to be the case. The asp explorer is very good for the explore to the data or the stars and or the sight seeing adventure for sure.
I would like to add that it's important when considering the ship type to look at the wiki articles and what the max jump distance is depending on the types of runs you want to do. Longer runs pay more, but take the time to do the math. As I write this, I'm doing a 500-600LY run out of Appel Outpost for $13M CR. I'm running a first class 6C(?) passenger cabin. But my point is there are missions that will offer $13M CR for 13,000LY. As a business man, it makes more sense to run a 500-600LY for $13M than 13,000LY. But a 13k LY run will offer opportunities to be the first at discovering new bodies and seeing stuff you'll never see in the Bubble. Again, it all depends on what you're after. (My exploration rank is Ranger).
One last thing about ship type: pay attention to its size. The larger ship can't land at outposts.
By the way, I've been running out of Appel because currently there are a TON of short-range data missions that quickly increase your Federaion rank.
