Empire home base?

Hi all that read this. Any recommendations on a good hi tec empire system that i can set up as home? One that preferably sells all modules for my anaconda.On my way back from the far side of the galaxy, only 2k ly out from civilization, so i'd like to have a system to head to straight away

Find any empire system that's close to Li Yong Rui controlled space so you can take advantage of his discounts...

I would say Cubeo or somewhere with a nice capital ship dock. The main station in those system mostly have high tech stations anyway and always a nice view to start with.

Koyans might be a good one. 3 bases there that sell the Anaconda. Not sure if they have all of the parts, though.

The Cubeo system is Agricultural - the choice of ships and modules is pretty much limited.
