pulse wave
is color changes on hud effect pulse waves? because pulse waves on rocks looks weird also blurry

Might be a gfx-issue, if you're using shaders.

Try selecting mid or low gfx see if it changes.

how can i do that?
im not using shaders or anything

You can change the graphics quality preset in the game's graphical settings. The problem could even be because of some incomplete cached shaders inside the game, itself, without you using something like ReShade. Changing the graphical quality should regenerate those shaders.
