Imperial Shielding

I didn't even know there was such a thing until my engineer said he wanted some. Never seen it and never heard of it, never found any... soooo....... It is supposedly found in Imperial systems USS High grade emmissions.

Haven't started looking yet, just thought I would ask if anyone has experience with finding this first. Good places to look, tips, etc. Thanks.

I found them in the first Imperial system I went to look in a High grade emissions. It is my feeling that High grade emissions spawn more in Deep space than in Shipping lanes.

It's the imperial counterpart to Core Dynamics Composites somehow.

Slightly bizarre, given that the majority of Imperial ships have below-average shields. The Courier and Cutter have outstanding shields, but the Imperial Fighter, Imperial Eagle and Clipper have dismal shields for their class.

I found a bunch in a CG system a few weeks ago that was in imperial space. It's a rare material.

high grade emission USS...and when you get them its usually a whole bunch in the same USS.

...and now that you're looking for them you wont see any for days.

Yeah.....that seem to be the way of things. ;o)

I think I will look for Improvised componants first.

That way I will find the Imperial shielding.

Then I will look for the Imperial shielding so I can find the Improvised componants.

Or perhaps just fly around aimlessly for the next week.

This strategy ALLWAYS works for me......LOL
