Buying Commodity, Then missing

Found a good trade route in Segais buying and selling Medical Diagnostic Equipment, Flew to another sector, docked, opened commodities market, and cargo hold was empty, I checked Inventory before leaving Segais and had the full 448, 2mil worth of cargo, the game eats the money, but doesnt deliver my inventory.

I don't know I was just mining and the ore I brought back to the dock was all gone but my limpets I used are back, weird. It's like it's not saving it.

Accepted a transport mission, when I got to location the cargo was gone. Servers are acting up.

Yea well I logged in today and all my ore is back in my ship so it's fine for me.

I had similar issue. Transferred 3 ships to a system for outfitting. Then when I logged back in, the ships were in the original system. I then had a day or two AFK and when I returned to the game my ships had transferred. Thought I had made it up on my mind at first
