ok，now the problem is,i activated my seasonpass successfully ,and then i typed my commander pack code but i cant find it in my downloadable products,it just disappeared

I had the same problem and had to submit a trouble ticket to Frontier. Sometimes I don't think Steam and Frontier comunicate very well. In the future I will get stuff like that directly from Frontier. I have had no problems with that.

@ kISSsONE it should be visible while you launch the game via steam if you have it, in case of doubt, the basic ship you'll get in game is the sidewinder, you should have a paint pack for it in game, once in game go to the outtfit in the station services, browse the livery of your ship and select a paint, if some paint color show up that mean you have sucessfully downloaded the content, if not , try to contact frontier dev via a ticket on their website which you can find right here :

@astroknott58 indeed they got some trouble communicating, getting the game on steam is a viable option for players like me as i use steam on a daily basis, people that do not tho should get the game directly via frontier store.

however you can play the game bought on steam without steam ... kinda, once your key is redeem, download the game and launcher directly from frontier, follow the steps 1 by 1 and done. you can play elite bought on steam without steam
