Your english is good enough, about that option to "reset to zero" i don't think there is one.
Make sure that you do not have some xbox controller or something like that pluged and messing with your game.
Also, is your joystick new ?
You sure it is not a little bit broken?

my joystick its new , i buy like 5 hours a go, i have pluget just the joystick and the mouse , i will search for the xbox controler on my system and see if i have something like that

Ok i see.
About the xbox controller, it is just a gamepad, type xbox gamepad on google to see what it is.
Otherwise, someone else may help you, sorry i can not.

i dont have xbox gamepad ,from settings something to neutral that spinning... idk,
crazymontana Nov 29, 2017 @ 11:46am
it could be that you bumped your joystick during startup or something, this could result in a joystick that is not centred.

did have this myself a couple of days ago, a restart of the game, in worst case a restart of the pc would fix this, make sure you dont touch the joystick during startup.

I have been looking in other threads to help you out, i found a possible solution:
Check the "Dead Zone" in settings, if you understand what i mean.
If what Crazymontana said does not work.

most sticks will come with an appication which will allow you to calibrate the device. try a calibration before returning it :)

Windows has a built in calibration tool that's usually pretty good (tthey haven't actually changed it since win xp days as far as I can tell).

It's quicker to just link you to a guide than explain it myself:

https://www.howtogeek.com/241421/how-to-calibrate-your-gaming-controller-in-windows-10/
(swap the xbox controller for whatever your joystick shows as).

I fixed this by going into settings and turning off the mouse direction control in mouse and keyboard only
