Honestly if you can't download and play the game. My recommendation is to file fraud report with your bank. In order to get your money back. Hope that helps you.
And if i hear or read one more time the problem is with me and i need to reinsall .net check firewall or whatever ima go mad.
Edit: Looks like it is fixed now
You do know that there are proper ways to claim your money back? And that there are technical issues that might prevent somebody from downloading it? Screaming "fraud!" at your bank, when there is none, will only mark yourself as a troublesome customer with the bank. And the next time the bank might tell you: "You know what? Go find yourself a different bank - you are not a customer we want to keep."
Ok, so there are a few things you can try.
I'd guess its a problem with the Steam cache... and i know there is something you can do about this... right click, properties, clear cache? Don't remember. I'm sure you can google it.
Ok, if Steam is borked, grab the launcher manually from your account, downloadable prodicts page on Frontier's site, and install directly.
See if that works. If it does, then you can point your steam version at your new installation so its linked to Steam.
Give it a go.
All else fails, raise a ticket with FD support if it appears to be a problem with the FD installer, or Steam support if it seems to be a Steam issue.
