How to find Exceptional Scrambled Emission Data
Hello CMDR o7.I got some trouble in searching Exceptional Scrambled Emission Data.Although it's not a rare data,I need this to upgrade my SCB.Just can't find this in Encode Emission or ship scaning.

Exceptional Scrambled Emission Data in Sol / Earth Orbit. Look for USS that is "Encoded Emissions (Threat Level 0) and when you go in"

Well,I do found satellite.But sadly,I only got SLF.
