You need a Sol permit to get to Alpha Centauri?
I was being sarcastic, Hutton Orbital is located in the Alpha Centauri system. You don't need a permit. As for Sol, I don't know how you would get one, I was granted automatic permission when the game was released.
Gotta bomb those from orbit.
Fed Rank Cadet (Rank 3) grants Sol Permit. Rank 4, Petty Officer, gives the first Federal ship.
Oh now I remember, I deleted the message about getting a permit to sol instantly when I got it since I already had access. I completely forgot about it, thanks for reminding me.
If I may, I believe it's the otherway round, im rank three (midshipman) and own a dropship but no permit, believe that is rank 4. Just in case anyone grinds to cadet hopeing to get a sol permit and is dissapointed.
