Yes, that is what I figured. I can kill a Pirate Lord for 1.5m, and be home and dry in 10 minutes. A protracted mission that causes lost rep and a bounty on your heard has got to pay well. If the mission paid well, it would add a certain frisson to be engaged in this sort of mercenary activity, but from what you have said, and my own experience, the mission type is largely redundant.
My character is trying to run a profitable business, not become a target for every Tom, ♥♥♥♥ and Harry in The Bubble!
