Turn off the HUD?

I have seen people do this in screenshots, and I have no clue how to do it, can someone tell me?

ALG + G , if i remember correctly - as a side, i think it is in the keybinds
Could be CTRL + G?
don't quote me on it, i don't remember the exact first command, but the sub command is G.
