i cant rank higter then outsider?

hi!, im having problems ranking up for som reason :c, i have made so many boom deliverys for the same system, and i just cant rank up enymore for empire, i ben doing missions and a butt load of bountys in the same systems, but what ever i do i cant rank higther then rank 1, it even says im 100% rank outsider

can enyone pls help me?

When youre 100% towards next rank, you should get a "promotion mission" Where you do 1 thing they tell you to do and they promote you.

idk it spawns on mission tables on federation outposts.

Fly around imperial space and look for navy ascension missions! These promote you to the next rank.

Don't just fly around randomly. You need very high standings with a faction for them to give you a rank mission. It's not enough just to fly until you find one, you've also got to be Friendly with the locals.
