help with trackhat head tracking

so i bought trackhat and it works fine in other games like arma 3 but i just can not get it working in elite has anybody else had this problem and if so how did you fix it ? is head tracking always turned on game or is there a option to turn it on as i could not find 1

any help would be great

TrackIR works fine, but i use the Hotkeys from TrackIRs software to turn on/off headtracking.
It used facetrack noir before with a DIY 3 LED infra red clip, and it worked too.
Maybe you have to select / create a profile in your headtracking software to activated it in Elite?

What software are You using for headtracking?
If I remember correclty, after some patch for ED I had to enable copmatibility for both freetrack and trackir in opentrack for it to work in ED (I'm 99% sure arma recognized both modes propertly).
I'll check what options I have setup in opentrack when I'll get home from work and post them later if You want.
