its actually any li yong system in his space, if u only specify controlled to those who do not know, they wont go to li yong contested or exploited, ur best bet is to use eddb, and search in the stations section when looking or what u want with the Li Yong-Rui tab filter-bear in mind high tech, and local minor faction reputation can ALSO increase the discount higher than the passive Li Yong-Rui 15%

there aren't any.

there's one that sells at a 20% markup, but has everything in stock always.

LRY-controlled systems are 15% off

Jameson Memorial is 10% but has everything in stock always.

I think there are a couple of systems that offer discounts on one ship that might be a little higher, but it's usually not a ship where that extra 5% really makes a difference. I've never bothered to find those systems.

By the way- the 10% applies to the REBUY as well...the first time you die. Then it resets to normal price.

i go to the Diaguandri system for my stuff. seem to have most things there.

although not all the ships are there but the vitals are. + a discount on the corvette and conda.

not sure if modules ever get a discount though...

no. the high-population systems tend to be better stocked, but you're probably going to have to visit 2-3 stations to find everything.

the only system that's not permit-locked that stocks everything is that one that's 20% higher...and that's why there's a 20% premium. it has everything in one place. It's the result of a CG I believe.

The only other place is Jameson Memorial...and the permit to unlock it requires elite status in one category or founder status.

Diaguandri is a good one...but it still doesn't have everything.
