x-55 HOTAS button map?

Is there a map showing what buttons are where.... I am new to HOTAS and ED, and I am being told to press JOY3, and I don't know where it is....... it's not just JOY 3, it is every button on the HOTAS, I try to do training missions and I cant do them because I don't know what buttons I am being asked to press. Can anyone suggest how to find out what buttons have what names?

If you use the software provided to program your HOTAS it's displayed in there
what everything is named.

so I can "remember" what I programmed LOL!
I have that on a 2nd monitor.
