Best system for alliance rep?

What's the best system/mission types to farm alliance rep in? I'm just trying to get to friendly to unlock one of the engineers.

I doubt it matters much. But I would select one that is in the "boom" state, large population.

Best? Go to one and start doing missions. If they don't have the missions you like go to another one. Each system state will give different mission types. Figuring this out is interesting or you can look it up on the internet which I do not advise.

But all systems have the potential to offer great rewards and great missions. All systems also have the potential to offer nothing or garbage missions and garbage rewards.

Thanks but I'm specifically looking for a system that will just get me to friendly rep with the alliance as quick as possible. I'm not concerned about the rewards. Is there a system where I can just spam a bunch of money donation missions?
