Where might i find an imperial fighter or taipan?

I've been searching all day in alliance, independet, and imperials systems that are high tech and I still can't find any. Annyone know of any systems with stations that might hold them?

EDIT: I was stupid and thought that you could just straight up fly them and I also don't have Horizons but I got a ship to carry a fighter.

I think those are stations that only sell the modules required if you wanted to put it in your ship

for what is the bum?

you want a condor you equip your fighter bay at a station under federal control
you want a taipan you go to independent or alliance stations.
you want an imperial fighter you equip it at a imperial station.

those aren't ships you can buy from a ship yard... they are fighterbay equipment.

as long as you have a fighterbay... empty or not... you can equip a fighter everywere.

ok i didn't know this at first thanks for explaining it. what do you think will be a good ship to hold the taipan or imperial fighter in?

Well... i had my first taipan in my old keelback.

and right now i don't use fighters on my conda..

well do you own one of the 7 ships that can carry fighters...

Keelback
Gunship
Cutter
Anaconda
Corvette

if you don't own one of these then don't worry about fighters.
