High population High-Tech systems. They usually have every module you need and the harder-to-find ship types.

Excludes Passenger cabins and ships. Tourism places have those.

Diaguandri, Lembava, and any other LYR-controlled or exploited star system. Ships and outfitting there have a nice 15% discount.

You might want to look at systems controlled Li Yong-Rui.

Between systems like Lembava and Diaguandri you can buy almost anything with a decent discount. (15% off all outfitting costs).

Ideally though you want access to Shinrarta (you need to be a backer or get Elite in one of the 3 main ranks). You can buy everything there at 10% discount all in one location.

High Tech Li Yong-Rui systems with a Allied rep with the controlling faction.
15% discount Cuz LYR, 3% for High Tech, and another 5% for allied rep.
Discountable stuffs ahoy.

Oh, and if you belong to Patreus at Merit 2 or above, any of his high tech control systems as well with the same formula, though, you will only get 10% off, instead of 15% off base. Due to his status on the PP totem pole
