Where is the bulletin board?

i watched a guide and i want to do a mission but i don't see a bulletin board is it because i started in ED horizons instead of just normal ED or is it because there was an update or what?

There is no bulletin board anymore, it was probably an old guide. It's called mission board now or just missions, can't remember. It's available on most stations.

You dock at a station and click the "Mission Board" button.
