Found a star outside the bubble that requires a permit.
R Leporis. It is a well known carbon star about 1400 ly from SOL. I can't explore it because it requires a permit. Does anyone know how to get the permit?

if it says "unknown permit" then its for furture additions to the game and not yet obtainable :)

There's huge chunks of space closed off, ostensibly for future developments (aliens, likely).
