Game crashes on startup

Every time I try and boot the game up, after set up I get this message: The game crashed. The crash report folder is next to the game executable.

Is there a fix for this? I was really looking forward to trying this game out.

Yes, I have checked the minimum requirements of the game and my computer is more than capable of running this game.
Specs:
i5-6500 @ 3.2 GHz
GTX 1060 6 GB
16 GB RAM

I can post the directory here. Is this what you mean by the game folder name?

I am also having an issue with this game crashing immediately on startup, with the same error message as OP.

Also have more than enough spec to run the game:
i9-9900KF
32GB RAM
RTX 3080

This is with a clean install of the game in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Party Hard

Tried reinstalling the game, verifying game cache, rebooting, updating graphics driver, running as admin, running 'Troubleshoot Compatibility' and no luck so far.

1. Right-click Party Hard in your Steam library. Select Properties;
2. Select LOCAL FILES tab, then select BROWSE LOCAL FILES…;
3. The folder will open. From that folder, open the PartyHardGame_Data folder. You will find the output_log.txt file there;
4. Upload it using a file hosting service. You can use https://www.dropbox.com/h ;
5. Share the link.

Check if you have Citrix Workspace installed, as that ended up being the problem for me.

This part especially was helpful to me: After installing Citrix Workspace 1911, I opened the Win 10 Device Manager. I then expanded the "Display Adapters" node and selected "Citrix Indirect display adapter." Then I right-click on it and selected "Uninstall device." After doing so, the older games I had started to work again. Citrix seems to work as expected as well. I then restarted my PC and ran the older games, then used Citrix and everything seems fine.

Ahh that was it for me too! Uninstalled Citrix Receiver (I don't use it anymore anyway), and it worked right away. Thank you!
