But it's also fair to say that this isn't for everyone and sometimes you'll need to heavily customize your settings before a game becomes playable. It's not the kind of controller you just casually pick up and start using, and that can easily work against you.
So don't feel too disappointed...
I haven't checked if they support it on Steam yet but the next best option would be the Dual Sense Pro. It has grip buttons and a touchpad. The problem is being able to configure those grip buttons on anything other than a PS5. After that, the Dual Sense controller would be a good alternative.
