Alien: Isolation works well, you already have Magicka 2.

Dishonored plays very well, and surprisingly enough so does Receiver

Anything but fighting games.

honestly even something like dark souls works well with the steam controller.

in strategy games like Civ, TR and even blood bowl setting both pads as a mouse give you really awesome control over the mouse pointer.

I will warn you certain games dont work. an example would be WWE 2k15... using the steam controller has the game thinking two controllers are plugged in. the steam controller moves both wrestlers lol. its funny but sadly thats the one game that i swapped to my xb controller to play.

again as stated above... dont play fighting games with it. i use a Hori fighter stick its better. or just use a xb pad.

Portal (the first one) plays suprisingly well (if you have the right controls set up)

Saints Row the Third is much better with the Steam Controller. Use the right pad to mouse aim plus gyro aiming and you'll be aiming far better than with an analog stick.

I highly recommend Axiom Verge. Selecting the weapons with right pad feels natural.

Portal 2 is the first game I've done with the Steam Controller and it was truly amazing. I had finished the Coop with a friend using the X360 controller and waited for the Steam Controller to play the Solo and really, it was much better : aiming was so fast and accurate, the grips were very useful so that I never had to use my thumbs for anything than moving and aiming, and the game is also a very good one ^^. The gyro is also a very nice addition (I love to look at the scene by using the gyro, and it can also be useful to quickly adjust your aim).

Rocket League is also very nice, even if it is a tiny improvement. When I play, I never move the camera, I just had to put the boost, jump and the "X" button on the grips and bumpers and it feels very good too.

Fall Out 4

Elite: Dangerous (trackpads work really well for flight.. Gyro for fine aiming)

Divinity: Original Sin (suspect any isometric, turnbased RPG is good with the SC though)

Sniper Elite 2

Arma 2,3 + DayZ standalone (Gyro + iron sights is just too much fun)

I've been playing MGS V with a lot of success. I have the gyro turned on when I soft pull the left trigger. Antichamber also works really well.

First Witcher is sublime. Dolphin emulator is amazing with the dual stage triggers and Lost Planet is great, really as old as it is it is amazing.

Played Dead Space 2 and changed back from SC to the Logitech F710. By F710 all feels smoother.
No lag or stuttering during moving AND looking.
Also the F710 is as sensitive as the Steampad.

Maybe i didn´t find the right settings for the SC until now.

That makes no sense. I was using SC for DS2 and it's butter smooth. Like oiled glass.

Civilization V plays REALLY well with this controller. And the default setup was spot on. Everything worked like a charm!

bring up overlay select on screen KB. X moves it around the screen and done dismisses it. I use it for Oblivion console command sometimes. :)
