My order status has just turned to cancelled for no apparent reason
Basically the title, I have already contacted Steam Support, am I the only one?

it can be an error. one of my order has under support the status cannceled but i know that it is already shipped (under account -> history all is fine) and i got the tracking number for GLS

EDIT: My GLS Status now changed that they have the "canceled" package from valve and are now in the status "in transit"

from my point of view it could be just a bug.

EDIT: Not a Bug, Steam is refund Users.

The usually reply within 24hrs to me, so let's see what they'll tell me
In a german Forum was another User with the same problem. The guess is that they out of Stock. They have nothing to shipp, so they can just cancel all pending orders.
Funny thing is, the steam support page stl says processing, either this is a bug or the support website hasn't been updated yet
nope, there are other guys into another thread, too. same from me.. did they send refund or email at least? Anyway I can see two different status from two different links.. one says Cancelled the other Processing (the latter is the full receipt while the first one it's from Orders main page)

They haven't, let's see tomorrow, kinda really sad about this

Same here. No info mail regarding the cancelation. Very bad customer support, That sucks.

Same here. Betting that it sold out day 1 within 10 minutes, and the "restocking" every hour was/is a glitch.
I have the same problem. Funny thing is that the add to card option is still available from time to time aka not greyed out.

And why my status changed to "in preparation" for two full days?
