Simply one of the greatest RTS game i've played, i had it on release back then and then bought it back on steam because of how amazing it is and was for it's time.
Of course i'm biased but i'd say beside starcraft & age of empire few other game were done this well.
To prove how good the devs were, several decades later they made the new Terminator : Dark fate - Defiance and the core mechanics barely changed and only slightly improved while adding tons of others and the game was a great hit with 80% positive overall reviews and 86% positive recent reviews.
