Is there a way to skip the sex scenes?

In Mass effect you could skip the sex scenes. The same applied for the witcher. Will I be able to do it as well in this game?

To disable sex scenes in game you have to push "Up,up,down,down,left,right,left,right,B,A and then start!"

No. In fact the game requires you to touch yourself in order to proceed.

He doesn't want infinite stamina/ammo. That'll only prolong those scenes.

Never. If you consider the Hot springs scene as "sex scene" then you probably have a problem.
There are "onsen" scenes in a lot of jrpg (even as old as Lunar or Tales of Phantasia)
