great game

The game mechanics are simple and easy to understand, but also provides a very unique playing style. I loved how each of the ninjas have different actions aside from fighting, it shows how the diverse characteristics they have. Its also fun to see how even the evil samurai seem like they have their own personalities (the commander getting scared and ordering his men to attack, the pair of samurai at water castle and living castle where one is helping the other get up, the hatted samurai laughing at you if you fail to attack, etc.). The setting is similar yet also different from each places (the samurai castles), and the background music really enhances that feeling. Although if I had one complaint about this game, its how I can't seem to find all of the plants even when I've looked probably everywhere :'). Overall, its a nice game to play if you're looking for something new and fun.

When I was younger, my mom gave me an Easter basket before church. In it contained some candy and this game. My life was changed. I absolutely adore mini ninjas with all my heart. There is such a charm to this game that few games can deliver. The combat is fun, engaging and the whole game is surprisingly deep for what it looks like. There’s a great collection aspect of the game, and the character switching feels great. I’m playing this on the steam deck and the control scheme feels even better than it did on the Wii. One of my all time favorites, highly recommended.
