Report a translation problem
1. Did you turn on ignore whistles in behavior, and forget you had it turned on.
2. Do you have a tame group assigned, and forgot to turn it off.
If it's not those, I have no other ideas :)
Or just what Hermit posted!! I had forgotten about this particular bug.
that is not a bug. below a certain depth basilos are starting to "suffocate" and they will not listen to whistles because they are occupied with the process of dying :D
when you keep hearing those hurt sounds periodically, they will be like this.

Wow, thanks for explication !! Always something new to learn about ARK. I knew about the suffocation, but did not put it together with the whistles. Makes total sense!!!
