PerLevelStatsMultiplier for Fliers
Hi All, Having an issue with levelling speed on fliers.

Have Speed Levelling enabled on Nitrado server so the speed CAN be levelled, however i cannot increase the multiplier for each level.

PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[9]

This is the Config INI line that should adjust the multiplier however changing the value doesn't have any effects in the actual server.

Is it possible to actually increase the multiplier or is this broken currently?

What multiplier do you have it set to? And does it work on other creatures on the server besides flyers?
Had it set to 10 for testing - Argies still only had an increase of around 3 points in speed per level - something that was consistent whenever the multiplier was changed.

Looks like walking speed on other dinos change though so that points it to being a flyer issue.
Are you using any dino mods in your game, particularly flyer ones? Perhaps the modded creatures are not affected by the multiplier in the same way vanilla creatures are?
Nope - Looking at the documentation Nitrado provides says that the base stats for this and other stats can't be adjusted, which doesn't really line up because the Melee Damage multiplier works fine but is listed as non adjustable.

Think it may be a bust trying to adjust vanilla settings going from what others have been saying - Looks like the job for a mod.
Maybe it's just flyer speed which isn't affected by the multi, yeah. The possibility for them levelling speed at all was only reinstated after first being taken away in the nerf, so maybe WC didn't do it in the same manner as it's implemented for other creatures.

If you do go down the mod route, just make sure to avoid Classic Flyers. That one is known to be bugged with overspawns (had an awful lot of complaints on this board about it) and has never been fixed. Look for another one instead.

classis flyers is fine, its only the ice wyvern overspawn on rag that was an issue, once thats disabled it runs fine imo
I've seen plenty of threads on here complaining about other wyvs being affected too, and wyvern trenches being completely packed with all types of the creatures to the point where games lag and crash. And I've seen some people say it affects other flyers too, not just wyvs.

Besides, if there are other flyer mods which do the same thing without having to disable spawns for any creatures at all, why not use those over one which is known to have issues, no matter how many different creatures those issues affect?

Honestly we probs gone off topic here, there is several issues with classic flyers, i do agree, but in the same token all of these are solved via ini settings, it all depends on what sort of server you are running, and within the game user settings it will also solve said issue, you can adjust the speed multiplier via settings eg.

[ClassicFlyers]
PteraSpeedMultiplier=0.6

I have not found a flyer mod that comes close to what classic flyers can do if you look deep into the settings and tutorials, also this is the only mod i have found to edit the speed multiplier without issue :steamthumbsup:
