Are the mods for epic games players too

We recently downloaded ark and my friends are on epic games i added some mods deathinventorykeeper and death recovery mod I am hosting the non dedicated server will the mods apply for them too? Like would they able to build a personal grave and recover corpses?

First of all, I'm afraid not no. Epic cannot use mods, so cannot join a server which has them installed.

Second, I'm also afraid that Steam and Epic cannot crossplay on a non-dedicated session. They can only join a dedicated server instance, with the config setting for crossplay turned on. So they will not be able to join your non-ded even if you had no mods installed.
