how do i enable cheats on non- dedicated server?
i did not set a server password, i invited my friend for building, he cannot activate gcm mode even he type cheat enablecheat. and cheat gcm. is this a correct way to do?

On non-dedicated and single player you don't need to enable admin mode. The console commands work right from the off. However, you do not need to type 'cheat' or 'admincheat' before them either - in fact using that on a non-ded will break them and stop them working.

So just press tab and type the commands straight up as they are, without the prefix:

god
destroywilddinos
enemyinvisible true
getallstate ankylo_character_bp_c 1

etc.

so even tho i am the admin, my friend can just simply use consol command without password?
I haven't actually tested the rights of connecting players on a non-dedicated...I've only ever used dedicated servers for multiplayer myself. But non-ded is basically glorified single player - it uses the same save file (on the host computer) and operates the same way. So it's possible all players have the same access yes, not certain.

I would imagine they disappear on log off, but you'd have to test. I haven't messed with them.

I am considering giving them to a few of my players if any of our mods break when the DLC comes back, but honestly if our mods break, I'll probably just shut the servers down.

We'd basically lose all our structures due to SS (the mod author has yet to respond to questions of whether he'll update or not), and eco mods breaking.
