You can literally search the server listing yourself and see in game or battle metrics

In game search system has been a broken mess for years. Most use the battlemetrics website to search for servers as its the only place to search for the 30k+ unofficial servers that can be played on.

The 1600ish official servers were shut down by wildcard back in September of 2023(well over a year ago). Majority of the player base never really played on them anyway.

Clustered servers work fine.

Well, as good as they ever have. Probably a better way to say.
