I will say that the wiki is not necessarily an exhaustive list, I have seen (rare) occasions in the past where some players have used config arguments which aren't listed there, but the settings do work. So it's not completely impossible that it is a legitimate config. However I think it's quite unlikely to be so.
To my knowledge, there is no way to adjust item weights without a mod, which is why stacking mods on the Workshop still exist and are useful despite the item stacks configs being added to the game by the devs. The simplest way to adjust item weights would be to just use one of those. If you chose to do that, personally I would recommend the ones from the Ark Eternal mod dev - they are reuploads of Hulk's old stack mods (RiP Hulk) which were always good quality and worked well.
If you don't want to use mods, another alternative would be to adjust the carry weight of players and dinos instead. You could increase the amount of carry weight gained per level by both, allowing you to carry more even though the weights remain unchanged.
If you wanted to try that code you posted out though, to see if it did work, I have to admit I would be curious of the results...please do post back here whether it worked or not if you do test it.
