Well, it does suck. But it's to be expected from early access. Things will be lost and mistakes will be made. All to make the end goal that much better all around.
Well I won't be around for end game. Will have to go back to h1z1. 200 hours of gameplay for what???
Esp. at night i lose about 10-15 fps.
So - no ARK for me unless this game is performing better. =(
I am guessing you had at least 150 hours of fun
How about you stfu you little broke ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥.
Dinos, especially the agile jumping variety such as raptors and sabers should take significantly reduced fall damage compared to what the player suffers.
I have to say that I would much rather these patches be slowed WAY down and properly tested before being shoved out. I love that there are a lot of updates, but it seems like they are just being tossed out without any testing done on them.
Really, one or two planned updates a week would be fine, maybe even a little more infrequent. That way you guys can test the patch before wrecking stuff for people.
I really have to say that I don't like how the sweeping changes are handled. Stuff like this is best done slowly, for example, add in fall damage but with only slight penalties based on height. Then balance it via gradual increases to fall damage calculation until it feels right.
We should really only have to worry about obvious drops, not slight falls that shouldn't even do anything.
the problem there is D by default is strafe right, The Drop button Is O, check your settings :)
also would be nice if my tribe members dont have to enter the code everytime they have to open or close the door.. should be that they type the code once and gain access to the door until i change the code.
Just because you may not like the change doesn't mean the patch wasn't tested.
- New Structure: Wood Spike Barricade, for when you just gotta build a quick defense on the cheap.
I take credit for the vault suggestion ! whoot .
Now we need spike pits, and knock out dart traps !!!
Thanks dev's . Glad to see these changes so fast. Keeps the people on the fence willing to keep playing.
