Underwater ranged weapons

Currently we can only use melee on water. We have guns in this game, how come we don't have water pistol, water assault rifle, speargun, fish net etc.

just like the game Depth, if we have those this game will be perfect

Don't think a water gun aka supersoaker 3000XXL works under water anyway.. Spear guns how ever seems like a ok function.

Maybe a primitive spear gun that fires wooden spears, than a fabricated spear thrower that has a special variant of the pike that's cheaper.

Speargun sounds neat, though you should really have a sarcosuchus tamed by the time you have the engrams to craft it.

This statement is not completely true, we have the crossbow that is ranged, and it can be used underwater.
