Raw Prime Meat - Need to be stackable!
Can we please get raw prime meat being able to stack in more then ones (and the occassional twos) please?!

It's so annoying to try and manage these.... or when taming a dino putting two raw prime meat in when by the time it eats one..... the other one spoils.

Even stackable in 5s would be better.

well that is kind of the point. So you cant have 100 prime meat around to easy tame everything..... Some things shouldnt be easy.

Agree... but having a few more minutes would be nice...

I appreciate that, but I'm not asking for stacks of 100. Only stackable in 5s... with the RNG with the getting raw prime meat... it just feels like there isn't that much reward of having got them if you can't even use them?

Or the same spoil counter, but max stacks of 3

I'm on an official server and finding prime is hard enough to get, specially for 3+ hours for a high lvl tame, so stacks of 5 max or double the timer would be ideal without making it too easy.

Completely agree

Build a preserving bin next to your tame. Incredibly cheap, extends lifespan by 10x, and a small amount of sparkpowder will last all day.

Here's a little tip on primes (beside the bin). When you are hunting up primes during a tame, let the torpor drop some. When you got primes, then give it the narcotics and it will drop the food so it eats faster. If you do it right you can get it to eat a few primes before they spoil. Also stimulant or stim berries will drop torpor, then you can give narcotics. Same effect. If you can't get it to eat all the primes in time, cook the extras (assuming you don't want to do a bin). Cooked prime is still better than regular meat and lasts longer and stacks.

False tip. Stims/narcos dont make unconcious dino any hungrier.

If you dont have enough primes to feed, then its better to force feed normal meat to replenish food and stall taming process while your mates are hunting for prime. Force feeding doesnt affect TE in any way.

I'd love for there to be a dino which has an inventory where things spoil much slower. So you could have one with you when you go out hunting for prime and store it in that dino. Probably won't happen though. ;p

Like someone else mentioned it doesn't increase the hunger it just causes it to visually update faster so it is just a placebo effect.

Prime Meat is the second best option for taming a Carnivore fast. No punches should be pulled on how easy it is to get already.

A dino with a better stomach system or what not could be introduced, but adding more minutes to the already managable Prime Meat would ruin how precious it is.

So the visual feedback I get while feeding narcotics to the Dino... Aka the hunger meter/numbers dropping a lot faster, doesn't mean its actually getting hungrier? That does not make any sense. If I drop a prime in there, then force a bunch of narcs, that meter moves down significantly faster thankful sit there and just watch it without forces the narcs.

It updates more frequently, but food decrements are that much lower per tick when you use torpor changing effects (narcos/stims). Overall Hunger over time is the same.

+1 Somethings in this game should be a challenge.

Cook and make jerky out of them. Use that to augment your carni tames. Cooked and jerky stack as you desire and provide aprox 2x the benefit of raw meat, but 1/2 that of prime.
