Stuck in first person on dino
how do i change this back to the way it use to be? ( back to third person i mean!

Roll the mouse wheel or look in options I think there is a box in middle row to click or unclick

roll mouse wheel or press "K"

"K" toggles between 3rd and 1st

I am having this issue too, but none of the solutions suggested work. I have been playing the windows 10 version of the game, rather than the one on Steam. I have the one on Steam and had this situation happen a few years ago and now cannot remember how to solve it. I usually use mouse button to switch angles but now that is not working. Tried pressing K but that does not work. Tried pressing f2 and f4 but that is not working

By default it's mouse wheel scroll, not mouse wheel click.

Also, check the settings of the server/game you are playing on. There is an option to force first person mode whenever the player rides a dino - if this has somehow been turned on, then you will not be able to get third person no matter what you do.
