and nothing is working, have i missed anything? I contacted Nitrado.net support and the response i got was
Hello,
Thank you for your support request.
the mods was correctly downloaded and is located in the mods folder. Somehow it seems that ARK itself would not load the mod, but which is sadly out of our range. I would recommend you to ask the developer directly if there is a fix or if it is a bug in the serversoftware for now:
Can anyone suggest anything that might help either the original poster or myself?
they even made me a custom command line

In your webinterface where you can change your server settings. You have to enter the ID of the mod to make the mod working. It the mod is installed correclty, it should show the number of the mod under the window where you can enter it. You see your installed mods under the window and the activated mods in the window itself.
Seems stupid but works well once you got used to it.
PS: You can get the ID of the mod either from above the window, or if this is not working, by going to the mod in the workshop. The last part of the webadress is the mod ID
For example: Little Dragon Mod
steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=519998112
519998112 is the mod ID.
Thanks all for the updated answers I guess I should have marked this as Answered or Fixed?
This worked for me, thanks! Finally the mod worked. I followed all instructions and uploaded the MOD-File manual which my FileZilla couldnt find. (The file which is separated from the mod folder). As ive already downloaded the mod for my game I had to test if the mod worked, so I did. Everything stacks better with the new loots I collect. My existing items stacks the same as they did before adding new the new stack mod.

If you look at your file manager, you can se two folders. One is Arkse the other is mods. Place the Mod folder you want to run in the Mods directory.
Second, you want to upload the .mod file needs to go in the directory arkse>shootergame>contents>mods folder.
Once that's done, go to your server settings page and it will have a place to put the mod ID's for the ones you want to run with your server. You need to have the mod number in this field for the server to recognize it and attempt to load it on startup.
Sorry, I'm not good with explaining this stuff, but I learned a lot through trial and error with my own Nitrado server =/
I am not savvy so I do it the way I described. :)
