Rotating walls key

So , according to the patch note, you could rotate walls.. What is the key to do so and how do you do so. Any suggestions.

if you press e while the green silhouette of the wall is still there it will flip

You rotate with E while its still green.... not after you snap it.

while its green, it snaps to the wall. then i can either click to place it or cancel. but when i click e nothing happens.

Sloped roofs are finiky. they generally have to be placed on a sloped wall, or against an existing wall. At times, you may have to build a wall just to snap it to it and get it facing the correct direction, then remove the wall. It's a pain, but for now, we have to deal (use thatch wall so cost is low).. We just gotta use the building mechanics we have in alpha for now, things will get better (I hope).

Given that S+ is now a sponsored mod, I worry that this may not happen now. Don't get me wrong, S+ is an absolutely fantastic mod, and big props to OrionSun for his work, but even that mod cannot account fully for Ark's derpy building mechanics, and at best it's only a bandage over a very open wound. We need a complete redesign of the building system from the ground up to make it work properly...which is what I thought we would be getting as we got closer to release, but now with S+ being sponsored, I'm not so sure any more...

You make a good point there ... even s+ has its issues ... spike walls that snap for example ... sounds like a good idea right? well no ... because they dont follow the contour of the land ... but they snap so you have no choice lol ... had to go back to vanilla spikes.

i hope they take alot from s+ to official ... but not too much
