Very few want it removed or nerfed into the ground, all we want is acknowledgement of the issue and the damned thing brought into some sane form of balance with the rest of the game and existing powerscale.

So let's see who this thread is aimed at.
People who clearly can't afford metal, as the Giga can't get through that, so we're down to stone. Those are very early tier structures and now you say that forcefields, something which is TWO tiers above stone is reason for people to stop complaining?
How slow are you?
First comes 1, then 2 and in the end 3. In the future 4 will be added. You don't tell people who can only afford 2 to stop crying because 4 is in the game.

Plants do the trick, not sure why you think they wouldn't. It takes 3 to hold it in place, any more than that will start killing it. The only danger you have if you're only using very few plants is if something else comes along and distracts one or more of them. Solution, plant more plants. Every trip I make to the swamp I come back with like 30 PSX seeds. I hand them out to new players on the server along with any spare large crop box bp's I may have.

Can you prove that a giga didn't run out of stam while running away from a wild giga?

I do agree the stam issue needs to be adressed if this didnt happen, but as ive seen wild raptors, diomorphs and carnos all run out out of stam its unlikely.

Tribemate ran into one yesterday. He stumbled onto it while riding a max level rex. Immediately he took off running. The thing was able to follow and keep up with him all the around the mountain and back to our base and kill him. As we prepared to tame it despawned. Grrrrrrrrr.

Are you sure those raptors and carnos didn't just give up the chase? They're not gonna chase you forever.
