Looking for a high xp leveling server

Been playing on a LAN with my kids - I have 6 gaming computers that can handle this game, it has been really fun but we are at the end game content and was considering joining an online community. The only issue for me is myself and a couple of my sons work a lot and we are limited to game play and really did not want to grind hours upon hours just to level up slowly to get to the content we want to have fun with. Are there any servers out there with a high xp rate with a decent community (?) Would rather the server be a pure server with no extra content also if possible.

Edit: I have been leader of clans in other games over the years and a server admin for several games so if someone is looking for a mature person to help run a server including updates etc. - we can talk about that.

I run a good PVE server, its based in Europe(NA players usually gets 40-60 latency though). It doesnt have a high multipler of XP but I can allow you to transfer characters to my server one time onyl - if you are interested, check out our group @ http://steamcommunity.com/groups/poopraiders#

Are you looking for PVE or PVP?

We have a server that is basically PVE, but run in PVP mode. Will allow us to do events, build bases for players to raid, and even tribe wars(if both sides consent), plus the possibility of a story line and/or quests. We could even implement a PVP only zone(be one servers where that has been done), if the players want it.

We do run 1 mod, Vanilla with Sprinkles, which means no more drops full of water jar/compass/crop plot blue prints, plus some convienience items.

There is currently tons of room(S, E, and N coasts are completely open, with only a hunting cabin in the snow biome and mining base on the rim of the volcano, currently open to all).

We are currently running 10X for gather/tame/XP as for a few of us, we have been through multiple server/wipes/rebuild. We will be dropping it down to 3X Gather, 5 or 6X Tame, and 2X XP in a week or so.

We will be implementing custom levels in the next day or so, so that character can move up to 101 level and learn all the engrams; these extra levels will not come as quickly as the other levels. But, we are doing this so solo players can learn all of the engrams if they want, but not all at once.

The intention of this server is to maximise your enjoyment, but still make you on edge of your seat when you are out in the wild.
After trawling through various threads and seeing what others have been providing on their servers I wanted to provide a mix of those settings to really bolster the level of survival.

Dino’s are more dangerous [Tamed are not godlike] so using the fight or flight emotion is your key to survival, your hunger and thirst levels don’t drop like a stone, Harvesting is rewarding not a chore, Taming will not take hours but still is reasonable “in reality it takes a while to gain trust”, levelling is a steady yet rewarding accomplishment.

If you have not as yet found a new ARK to call home. Perhaps Agharta could be that place. Currently Agharta is offering x10 Tame/Gathering/Harvest and awards increased engrams per level gained. I do run several mods but those mods are more quality of like mods than game spoiling mods. Fell free to give Agharta a try and if it does not quite fit your needs then I do hope you will find that Server soon.
