Shadowplay should work for you nicely, and works well with Windows 7.
(I've used pretty much everything for this game xD)
Go bandicam, worked well on my 290x's works even better on my 980ti.
Buy it and don't look back at 2nd rate performance-killing screen cap apps.
You can enable it in GeForce Experience.

AMD have a similar function in the Catalyst software.
Any idea what might cause that? I'm running a 980 and i5 2500k OC'd to 4,5 Ghz. Have no issues running everything on Epic with 50 fps.
